Necessary Eligibility Criteria : DMHFW UP recruitment
Academic Qualification :
- Candidates should have Intermediate certificate with at least 40% marks in English language are eligible for the post.
- candidates should cleared the class 10th and 12th exam with science subject recognized by the UP Board or its equivalent.
or - candidates have intermediate certificate with professional ANM Training from Indian Nursing council recognized institute.
- Candidates must be registered with State medical faculty of Uttar Pradesh Lucknow.
- Candidates who belong to the General/ OBC Category should have minimum of 45% marks in 12th class and 40% marks for the candidates who belong to the SC/ ST Category.
